Cspire is digging in the Trace Crossings/Scout Creek Neighborhood causing damage to homeowner property and other utility.  The motivation for their business model is enrollment to their broadband.  Remember, they are motivated by money.  I submit that if we commit to Not Subscribe to Cspire that they will lose money on all that time and money they are taking to do this work.  It will also demonstrate to other companies that it didn't work for Cspire and it won't work for them either.
