I am the respondent to the proceedings and a carer to the person to whom the application relates. I am writing this letter to protest the decisions of the local authority to act for the person and for intervening without jurisdiction. I understand that the local authority has violated and breached my rights to private and family life, and believe the local authority should be sanctioned.
The current suggested plan is to suspend me of valid and registered lasting powers of attorney, which enable me to protect and promote another person. This poses a potential safeguarding disaster for the person to whom this relates if ever the local authority got power to act. Even during routine procedures the local authority have neglected its duties and responsibilities. Today the local authority is an unbalanced governmental administration that is used for suppression and a dictatorial habitat. My community joins me in protesting the local authorities decisions and support my plans to provide care and support where safeguarding would have minimal effect on the persons wellbeing.
Kindly, reconsider your position concerning the local authorities decisions and make the necessary changes. My community and I would appreciate a response from you regarding the issue. I can be reached on email@example.com
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.
