Numerous companies posing as Meet n Greet valet parking companies under the umbrella of Gatwick Airport are trading unscrupulously. 
Making bookings with them on line under the guise that they then take your car off site and return it when you fly back only to find your car never left the airport in the first place and that in order to get out of the airport you now need to pay Gatwick Official Parking in full at their daily rate, in my case £45/day X 4 days.

official Gatwick Parking duty manager even acknowledged the issue and apologised but said nothing they could do and that they (Gatwick) are aware of the problem and have complained to Trading Standards. Complained? Why are Gatwick Airport facilitating these companies in committing fraud on a daily basis? Surely they should be doing their own due diligence and ensuring these companies, such as Parking4You and Skyline Parking are trading ethically and honestly or forbid them from trading out of their premises.
