Stop Courts from violating the Constitutional rights of disabled and elderly.

Texas Probate and County Courts are blatantly violating the constitutional rights of our disabled and elderly in their quest to obtain guardianship over the person and guardianship over the estate. While guardianship is a complex issue, we need our government to make sure that at minimum, courts are not violating our constitution. They are kidnapping these people, denying them due process, subjecting them to unreasonable and unlawful confinement, ignoring state and federal laws and forcing these individuals into guardianships, then isolating them from friends and family and even denying them appropriate medical care. We need our legislatures to do everything in their power to stop this abuse immediately.
May K. Jones has been isolated from her friends and family for 4 years. She isn't even the worst case. We are gathering in numbers and the common thread among these cases are now being labelled as "Isolate, Medicate and Liquidate". The is an emergency situation in the State of Texas, and across the nation and requires legislative intervention to investigate these abusive cases and return our disabled and elderly back to their families. American Families have had ENOUGH!
