I’m an HVAC worker, fell through a roof at work my boss failed to tell me about the structure of the home which was failing causing my fall did not give me fall protection equipment did not train properly according to OSHA in the recent OSHA violations long story short Worker’s Comp. excepted my fractured knee and my torn shoulder from the 18 foot fall through the attic but did not except from what I was told it was a broken neck another doctor said it was a fractured neck then another doctor said that there was four herniated discs in my neck, One doctor said what I have is called cervical radiculopathy which when goes untreated can cause paralysis I am 31 it’s been a year since injury of August 11 21 they are still refusing to accept liability and still denying me treatment wouldn’t even give me a neck brace! Worker’s Compensation needs to be held liable for all the damage they have done not only to me but millions of other injured workers prolonging treatment and or not getting it at all when we are entitled to benefits and or treatment there after an injury!
