Why this petition matters
After experiencing a basic traffic stop with multiple indicators we were finding a safe spot with hazards, windows down, stopping at the red light and turning to a side road. This was done in MILLBROOK ALABAMA. We have several other testimonies against this cop! Officer Hatfield and many others need to recertified with absolute psych Evaluation before released to patrol! Understand we do not want to refund police,bash the good cops, and it's not we don't back the blue. This comes down to the right ones being in this line of work. Who comprehend that when someone gives indication that they know and they are stopping immediately when safe they should not pull the weapon out without even observing other surroundings in populated areas.such as Walmart off of highway 14. Please help us have these people justified for his actions. We nor others deserve the agression in immediate reaction!
We wish that visual absolute observation should be undoubted when making the decision to conduct the stop aggressively and as if it were a felony stop. Not all people run from cops and are felons. Even if they are they don't all run. They'd run the red light right? As we did not. So many lives are taken Innocent ones at that for what?
Not stopping immediately, having a tinted window set, being colored, not noticing the lights immediately?
No this is not something we can stand for. We must rise
