This department is corrupt and abuses the parents and children by causing emotional distress and emotional disorders by continuously dragging out "reunification". They want the parent(s) to fail and blames victims causing more stress. Attachment disorders are caused, parental alienation by letting foster parents tell the kids to call them mom and dad. It needs to stop leave innocent children alone quit trafficking them. Federal laws are broken, anything to get a child. The caseworkers are allowed to tell lies. Twisted perceptions are put forth as fact against parents. Reports are falsified or gone.
