This petition is about Hong Kong and its packaging problems.

Hong Kong has serious packaging problems. In 2020, 780 million pieces of plastic packaging were used just for Hong Kong’s online shopping orders!

100 million marine animals die each year from plastic waste alone because we do not properly care for our environment.

If you want to help marine life, here are a few tips

• shop wisely
• pick up plastic wrappers on the street
• participate in beach clean ups
• spread the word
• STOP BUYING PRODUCE PACKAGED IN PLASTIC

Please help the environment: it is not fair on the marine life nor on the next generation of people to have almost no marine life because of us!
