Another major shop is about to leave the Center to set up in American style retail park. M&S has been on the highstreet for over 100 years but that will soon change when it closes its doors later this year. Businesses are finding it difficult to justify the high costs for remaining on the High Street. There needs to be granted financial benefits to remaining the Town Centre given.
