Bmss has recently become more strict and sexist with their dress code. Girls are no longer allowed to wear Jean shorts because they are "too distracting" and girls are no longer allowed to show their shoulder blade for the same reason. Also did I mention that out of everyone dress coded in our school 99.8% of them are girls?? That's absurd. The reason for this is because teachers and admins are picking on girls who are curvier than others. I witnessed it today with my own eyes. One girl who was wearing modest jean shorts was sent to the nurse to get new clothes while 2 mins later another girl who was wearing EVEN TIGHTER SHORTS walked right past the admin with NO dress code violation.This was because she was objectively less curvy.  Also, bmss made all girls stay in the cafeteria after lunch while the boys could leave just to talk to the girls about dress code, this is purely unfair and they should be talking to boys AND girls about dress code when there are new rules. Me and most of the students in our school think these new implications of new strict dress code for girls are completely sexist and unfair. It's not the 1900s anymore and girls and boys should either have a fair dress code between both genders or the girls should have a less strict dress code. School is a public place for girls and boys to express themselves however they want. But the bmss admins are being completely unfair and strict. DO BETTER BMSS!
