Stop Anti-Homeless Architecture
Anti-Homeless Architecture is a more current thing we are starting to see in our everyday lives but is disguised in a way so we are not aware of it. The architects of various city projects, like bus stops and parks, will disguise these creations as artsy or innovative, however, they are instead for the purpose of shooing off homeless people and loiterers. Not only is this solution irrational, but it is also morally repugnant and detrimental to all of society. Hostile architecture limits how people experiencing homelessness use public spaces, and discourages them from staying in an area for too long. Moreover, hostile architecture doesn't present a solution to homelessness; rather is far from it. Instead of solving the socio-economic roots of the problem, it just moves homeless people out of sight.
