So it was a sunny morning and I saw someone sitting in their car with their engine on in NYC and my friend told me that it was bad for the environment so I googled it to see how bad it was. And I found out that every 10 minutes a car is idling, a pound of carbon is released into the air. We don't want that for New York. Because do you want to breathe in carbon that comes out of your car? No. Outlaw car idling in NY!
