We frequently see famous personalities from Bollywood(like Amitabh Bhachhan, Sharukh Khan, Ajay Devgan etc.) and Cricketers (like MS Dhoni, Saurabh Ganguly, KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant etc.) giving advertisements for PAN Masalas (Vimal. Kamala Pasand) and online gaming and betting apps like Winzo, Dream11, RummyCricle etc.

These products are known to have a significant negative impact on society, despite the advertisement mentioning that the products or services being advertised are addictive, involve risk of losing money, are hazardous to health, etc.
Considering the large fanbase of such personalities, many people look up to them and a substantial portion of the population (primarily children and teenagers) are susceptible to being influenced by and blindly following the actions of those they admire.
Just reducing the promotion of these products by influential personalities, even if not the advertisement of these products itself, would have an immediate and significant impact on the rates of usage of these substances in society.

Please express your support for building a better society by signing this petition.
