84 Street is overcrowded. The quality of life of residents, business customers, schoolchildren (St. Ignatius Loyola has recess on 84 Street), elderly and very young pedestrians, patients of doctors with offices on the street will be negatively affected. The Residents will not be able to pull up next to their buildings to get into and out of their cars. There are already large numbers of trucks and buses on the street illegally. The normal volume of cars on the street is very high because the street runs directly from the Park.
