Today is N R I day.
A day to honor expatriates. Expatriates from all over the world who have left their homeland, relatives and friends, taken refuge in foreign lands. Most of us have not been able to see our own parents and dear ones for the last 2 years due to Corona pandemic.
Now we face many difficulties when we visiting India. After taking two vaccinations, the Booster vaccination, a P C R test to make sure that there is no covid. Still, we must go to a 7 days home quarantine even after several tests on arrival in India. It is more than we can bear. The time to respond to this cruel act from Governments in India.
KELI, a leading Social Organization in Switzerland, has strongly reacting to this brutal move by the Central and State Governments. Our protest will be communicated to the Indian Embassies, State Governments and the Central Government through a memorandum.
