The community has been inundated with unwanted, affordable housing developments in multiple times in the last 15 years, we feel this development will be encroaching on the peaceful and quiet neighborhoods that citizens and TAX PAYERS of the area have enjoyed, and become dependent upon for solace and places of peace for them and their families.

This petition aims stop the rezone of 46.2 acres from D-A (Dwelling Agricultural) to D-3/D-5 (Affordable Housing) for home owners in close proximity this raises a lot of concern of what and how the development will affect crime, safety, property tax, etc. we found it be our best interest to vote against this request to protect our investment as home owners and long term residences that have been apart of the community and will continue to be if the development happens. The developers are not apart of the community and they won’t have to deal with the lasting affects of this development if approved.

Our neighboring communities and land owners will be affected as these units will practically be built in their back yards. Please sign to help us convey that this addition of destruction, noise, and traffic is NOT WELCOME IN OUR COMMUNITY!
