The only answer is fewer car journeys. A bypass won’t work for long, and yet the damage will be forever.

I want my son to grow up and enjoy green spaces like these. Increasing road capacity is a terrible way to reduce fossil fuel dependency.

Money should be spent on public transport options, not more roads. We have millions of roads, one more isn't going to solve anything.

I don’t trust the Council to manage this project effectively, or to engage reliable contractors. I don’t agree with the environmental damage it would cause to the lower Goyt Valley and I do not believe that the project will be managed to mitigate the increased risk of flooding my house yet again.

The only green space left in the offerton area, I don’t care if your commute tacks longer, I care our wildlife has a home and Green Belt means Green belt forever not just as long as it suits the council
Scrap this bypass plan forever
