Let’s see if we can get Quay Circuit on the path to being a gated part of the community. 
A few people we have spoken to on our walks have agreed with us that making Quay Circuit gated would be something they’d be interested in! I’m curious to see if this is the whole of the Quay community and if it is maybe we can get the ball rolling to this actually happening! 
We’d definitely see a decease in break ins / potential theft and we’d absolutely see an increase in the value of all homes on the circuit!

Our idea is an unmanned, passcode / remote activated gate, locked at night, situated halfway between the road about and the entrance to the Quay.
