A new iron railing was erected over an area of land at Anchorscross, Dunblane in August 2021.This railing obstructs the statutory public right to roam over this land and in particular the safe passage of school children to and from Dunblane Primary School and Dunblane High School.This petition requires the Council to uphold the public right to roam and secure the removal of this iron railing as a matter of urgency.
