Rumors are being spread that UTC may not go back to normal in the Fall of 2021. With the overwhelming majority of people and students who are being vaccinated, we feel that UTC should go back to 100% normal functionality. Many studies show that the transition to complete normalcy will be viable in the third quarter of 2021, and maybe even sooner.
