Dear Municipal Manager
As residents of Steve Tshwete we are aggrieved by the sharp Tarriiff increase recently legislated by council.
As Tarriiff hikes are a norm in any institution to counter inflation, the exorbitant 100%, 150% and even 200% increase on many of our accounts is unfair, unreasonable and outright impractical.
In such a difficult economic and social difficulty We demand a revisit in the Tarriiff rates and a stop to the red tape on the indegent account.
