Inspired by other students at similarly affected universities. Whilst we support the right to strike, we, the students of the University of Exeter, feel that it is fair and just that we are compensated for the loss of 14 days of our education. Mathematically, this equates to exactly £1079.16 (24 weeks x 5 days = 120 days. Each day costs roughly £77.083) and this should be deducted from our tuition fees, or reimbursed when the strikes are over. Mitigation should also be considered for those who's assignments are affected by the strikes, for example Geography student who's dissertations are due in 5 weeks and will not be able to contact their advisors.
