Leaking gas is loss of a valuable resource, thanks to the faulty infrastructure of Columbia Gas, and they have the nerve to charge the customers for their lack of care for their infrastructure!

I have reported gas odors outside of my home to bay state gas and now Columbia gas at least 12 times over the past three years. Nothing has ever been done

The amount of resources, both natural and financial, that are being wasted due to this company's irresponsibility is unforgivable. How about we create more affordable housing and keep people warm in the winter instead of just letting these resources literally be thrown into thin air. Be responsible Columbia Gas and do the right thing for the commonwealth and it's citizens.

Wow, 'cause methane is one of the worst greenhouse gases! 'Cause gas leaks blow up buildings (has THAT ever happened in Springfield), burning or suffocating people. It's not the money so much as our common health that matters to me.

I smell gas in too many areas of this city and I find it frightening. After the explosion downtown , this is a serious matter of concern for me.
