Imagine raising a child for over half of their life, and being threatened to have all of that taken away. I came into Daisys life at 2 years old, close to her 3rd birthday. I am her safe place, the person who has raised her, all she’s ever known from her very first memories. We gained full custody in 2019. Since then Her biological mother is allowed 2 24hr visits a month. She has consecutively missed those visits, seeing her maybe once a month, sometimes going months without seeing her. She has moved out of state to hawaii, abandoned the child and the visits. Since then she has moved back and is trying to walk back into our child’s life. Daisy is now 6 years old and is highly uncomfortable going with her, does not want to spend nights with her anymore. Please sign our petition supporting my adoption of daisy.
