So for legal reasons I am not going to mention their real names. So you will read the story. And sign the petition. And my evidence in court will do all the talking.

The situation started when my baby mama started bringing her male coworker to our house with out my knowledge and began to be intimate with “the guy from the streets* while I was at work on the bed that I paid for that was supposed to be for us while still wearing our engagement ring.   My baby mama would constantly accuse me of cheating on her with women that lived in another state, while being intimate with her male coworker in our house. 

he is a very violent individual and often got into altercations with me in front of my biological son and step son. He stated that he is from the streets that I should be careful or else he’s going to get his gang to murder me if I try him.  He has threatened to harm me using the kids in various ways. Although I tried to deal with the situation my baby mama kicked me out while keeping all the furniture I paid for and told me she is going to make the kids call him daddy the same way she made my step son call me daddy that I’m going to suffer the same fate as her first baby daddy because she got him deported. My baby mamas work boyfriend has essentially moved in with her and sometimes he watched my 3 year old baby alone. My baby mama and her mom often would tell me they are going to get “the guy from the streets “ to murder me if I piss them off. 

they tried to get me out of the kids life. So I took her to family court so I could get my visitation rights as a father. She retaliated and filed for a restraining order and told the courts that she and her mom are scared for their life because i am a “ obsessive, stalker , who went to the mental hospital , who is a drug addict and an alcoholic who wants to murder her , her mom , and the children and then kill myself right after “ so it went into trial so if I am to lose that case it would have been on my record and it would be in effect for 5 years. This restraining order was not only for my baby mama but also her mom and both children. So she won full custody temporarily Untill the trial which is in august 22. I am going to WIN that trial by a landslide victory because I have proof she lied about everything and she was the one who was actually is the abuser and have over 100 exhibits on her and she WILL get in trouble. So the case will eventually transfer to family court. 

so the courts granted a restraining order against the biological father over false allegations. 

are we going to allow “the guy from the streets” who is NOT the biological father be near my children??

NO 

your honor I am requesting a stay away from my child order for “the guy from the streets “ because He is the one who is a threat to the kids and everyone else in my family and he is the one who should have a restraining order on his record. 

and everyone who signs this petition agrees with me in hopes that you would grant us this order for the safety and fate of my childrens future. The fate of their future rests on the out come of this court case.
