Attention State Of Illinois: On behalf of the defendants of area five,

This petition here is hope for defendants currently incarcerated under the systematic practices lead by the Chicago Police Department. Sworn official, police officers detectives and cook county A.S.A’s ect.

Alledge Misconduct:

Witness Tampering, Line up manipulation,beating,coerced confession, suppressing evidence,coerced statement, Line-up and witness tampering, lying on police reports, fabrication of evidence ect.

                  — In every aspect of these cases they are reliant on detectives work of, Jamnes Gilger, Michael Landando, Robert Cordaro, John Folino, Steve Suvada, Mark Pawelski, Randall Wo, Demosethenes “Jimmy” Balodimas, James Kelly, etc. Men all of Area 5 whose work has resulted in convictions being thrown out. And most of these cases are unsuccessfully on appeal.

We herein stand united asking that these cases be treated fairly and any different from detective’s, Reynaldo Guevara (Area 5) Ronald Watts, and John Burge cases. And hopefully be reopened and investigated thoroughly by a non bias party or court!
