Chris Smith started this petition to State Representatives and
Jackie Smith, a beloved Mom, Grandma, Friend, and Server of God lost her life due to an at fault gentleman colliding with her vehicle. The gentleman was charged with failure to yield and $155. Officers, civil attorneys, criminal attorneys, district attorneys, and politicians all have the same answers, “I’m sorry, there is no higher criminal charge unless there is a DUI involved”. Families need justice for their loved ones. It’s time to stand up! We need more laws and criminal charges!!! #justiceforjackie #jackielaw
