State Representative Yehiel "Mark" Kalish must resign.  The 16th District is a progressive place where we believe in a woman's right to choose.  

After being appointed January 20, 2019, Rep. Kalish committed publicly to constituents, to other elected officials and to the women of Illinois that he would vote "YES" on The Reproductive Health Act--to protect reproductive rights in Illinois, even if Roe v. Wade is overturned.

On May 28th, Kalish voted "present," which is essentially a "no" vote.  

Since then, he has not made a public statement or held a public event.

Kalish lied.  Kalish is hiding.  Kalish must resign.

We must hold him accountable.
