Draft a bill to prohibit child custody requests by rapists in Wa. State

No rape victim should ever be forced to carry a subsequent pregnancy to term; however, if she chooses to carry and deliver that child, her rapist should never have a right to request, or demand, custody or visitation rights. The State of Washington is one of 31 states that currently do not have a law prohibiting rapists pursuing custody and visitation rights, meaning they can potentially interfere with the victim for the rest of her life.
