On 2/10/2020 my son(Monte Singleton) had his civil and human rights violated, was racially profiled, thrown to the ground and tased at his place of business by #SgtCarey #Pawnall #Litvenenko and about 3 other "officers" that were at the scene. At the direction of #SgtCarey they went on to try and block their criminal actions by shining flashlights into the direction of the people trying to record them. Monte's 9 year old daughter(Heaven) was crying and scared by seeing this happen to her father. To make matters worse, using the light as of force one "officer"  shined the bright light into her eyes, telling her to shut up or she go too.  She's traumatized. 

 They broke the law while being PAID and TRUSTED to uphold them so they should be held accountable. I'm seeking an investigation and prosecution for ALL "officers" at the scene 

After  the #CHESTERPOLICEDEPARTMENT is cleaned up, the  remaining officers would benefit from mandatory training at least twice a year to deal with sensitivity, gun training, community engagement etc.
