Petition Summary: Our area of the Charleston community, and the Solo Rd. Area were completely passed by. With businesses present in the community along with a fire department, and members in need of this service personally, we do not understand why our areas were not included in the recent technology update funded by the TN Broadband Bill that was ran right past our homes.Our areas have horrible cell phone service and the land lines are not dependable.With the increased technology in schools, our children need access to broadband to complete school work at home. Our communities needs dependable phone service. 

Action petitioned for: We the undersigned community of Charleston, TN and Solo Rd. Area in Covington, TN are concerned citizens urging our leaders and the State of Tennessee to act now in order for us to move forward with technology expansion, and have the right to have broadband service.
