I would like to propose a new law that keeps DHS/CPS from returning children to abusive and non clean drug addicted parents.

Part 2 of change is any woman that gives birth to an infant that is drug addicted or alcohol syndrome be brought up on attempted murder  charges and child abuse charges.  All parental right stripped.  Both drug and alcohol abuse is a choice not a disease.

As they say it takes a village to raise a child which is our most valuable resource.  It is our job to protect this resource.  Put them in loving homes with parent's that can provide, give love and care and a stable environment.

Right now today, children are being returned to parents that are not clean or even proven fit.   Biology is not as important as love and safety.   This is a travisty, it's harder to get a driver's license or adopt a pet.   Does this say anything for us Americans,  what little value has been placed on the heads of our children.

We need to make it easier to adopt and to be foster parents for these children.   If course these home should be carefully vetted. inspected and checked up on until such a time that the workers deem this to be a safe and loving home.

So, please join me in protecting the children of all our villages.  Let's stop the cycle of abuse today and help raise self Sufficient, contributing citizens that are well balanced and stable.
