Currently the consequences for violating the Move Over Law in Missouri include facing a Class A misdemeanor, which carries a maximum penalty of one year in jail and a fine of $2,000. This isn't at all fair to the victims and their families. These workers risk their lives each day to help those in the community. They are just out there doing their job to make a living and support their families, but it takes only one negligent driver to change an entire families lives in seconds. Please help me in my mission to bring justice to those that have been personally victimized.
