Everyday you see videos, and hear testimonies about children being abused by baby sitters, Daycare workers, and even teachers . But you never fully expect it to happen to you, let alone someone in your family . Most of the time, the ones apprehended for the crimes, are often given a “slap on the wrist”

We are Looking to change this !

In October of 2019 Charlee was attending her daily daycare center. During nap time, her daycare teacher was seen on camera slamming her down on the ground repeatedly, sometimes so forcefully her head was hitting the mats on the floor. She was also seen covering the child’s complete face with a blanket and laying on top of her whole body, nearly smothering her . Charlees abuser was only charged with battery.
As found in other videos were  other children in this daycare who  were also being abused by other workers ! None of the abusers family were notified of this . 
We believe Charlees abuser deserves more of a punishment for this crime . We believe any child abuserdeserves more than a “slap on the wrist “ for being found guilty for abusing a child . 

We are starting a petition for “Charlees Law”, which would include a harsher punishment for criminals  found guilty of child abuse, and neglect. We would also like for these guilty parties be registered in an online database that’s searchable by neighborhood, city, and state, Just as Sexual predators are to be registered . No one who is found guilty of child abuse or neglect should be able to work around children. Help us start this law and sign this petition. Keep our children in neighborhoods, Daycares, and school safe !
