JUSTICE FOR MICHELE - STOP THE PAROLE RELEASE

JUSTICE FOR MICHELE - STOP THE PAROLE RELEASE

On July 15, 1996, Our Precious Michele Rene Necochea Flores was brutally murdered by her estranged husband. He was convicted of 1st degree(premeditated) murder, and was sentenced to 25 years to life with possible of parole.
After serving 20 years, he was granted his 1st parole hearing on October 6, 2016, at that hearing he was was unsuitable for release and was denied parole for an additional 5 years, but he was also given an opportunity to petition the Board of Parole to advance the parole hearing to a early date after after 3 years of additional served. in which we petitioned for hearing to be denied and it was a denial was granted October 2019.
We the family of Michele will be petitioning the Board of Parole once again, in hopes of getting his 2nd chance at getting paroled DENIED at next parole hearing scheduled October 12, 2021. We, her family will be submitting, impact statements at the hearing and opposition letters along with this petition sharing our feeling in regards to not granting parole. We strongly feel that Jonathan should do a life sentence for the horrendous crime of killing his wife.
Michele was estranged from him after 10 years of an abusive relationship, filed for divorce, and had a restraining order for threats to kill her if she left him. He beat and attempted to kill her on several occasions. On July 15,1996, one day before their 8 wedding anniversary, Michele disappeared after leaving to bank. Her badly beaten strangled and decomposed body was found 3 days later in truck of her at the airport in Tijuana, Mexico.
Jonathan was charged and convicted of 1st degree(premeditated) murder, sentence to 25 years to life, with possibility of parole. We her family, strongly feel he should do life for the horrendous crime he willingly committed against our precious Michele, his than 2 very young boys and our family.
He had no remorse and has minimized this crime for many years, and will only admitted to any wrong doing to help his efforts in getting parole granted. Him doing life will never bring back Michele, but will help us in our continuous efforts of healing in our devastation of losing Michele.
Please support our efforts in getting parole denied by signing this petition to get continuing JUSTICE FOR MICHELE and our family as we deserve.
He CHOOSE to take her LIFE, so he should be GRANTED a DENIAL and do his LIFE SENTENCE.
Please sign and share.
Thank you in Advance, Michele's Family
