I have no direct tie to this family.  I read an article posted on Pantsuit Nation and was spurred to action.  This man is a disabled veteran.  He has a traumatic brain injury and PTSD from his time served in Iraq.  He and his wife were having fun one day.  The cops stopped them and destroyed their lives.  Because he had his medical marijuana on him, she had her prescription drugs in an unlabeled container and they had alcohol in a dry county.  This is unacceptable.  This man served our country and now he is being sent to a hell hole prison because he was using a doctor prescribed treatment for the after effects of his service.  If you believe that marijuana should be legal or that black lives matter or that veterans should be treated with respect or if you have PTSD, please consider signing this petition.  I am trying to get the attention of people who can help this family.
