Stark County Ohio to become a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary County

0 have signed. Let’s get to 5,000!

***THIS PETITION IS ONLY FOR CITIZENS OF STARK COUNTY OHIO. IF YOU DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOUR SIGNATURE WILL NOT COUNT.***

We need a total of 126,000 signatures from Citizens in Stark County, Ohio that want to make Stark County a 2nd Amendment sanctuary county. Once we have those signatures, we take them and the resolution and present it to the Stark County Prosecutor as well as the Stark County Sheriff. We then present it to the Stark County Board of Commissioners.

The whole concept of the 2nd Amendment is to provide the security of a free state. In order to have a free state you need a well regulated Militia. In order to have a well regulated Militia, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

In this manner, an individual has the natural unalienable right to keep and bear arms so they can employ themselves in a well regulated Militia and in turn, that well regulated Militia can provide the security of a free state; (from a tyrannical government).

The definition of a free state is a Republic in which I refer you to Article 4 Section 4 where it states the United States shall guarantee to every State in the Union a Republican form of Government. It is not referring to the Republican party as they were formed in 1854 by the anti-slavery Whigs. We are a Constitutional Republic; not a democratic, liberal, progressive, socialist, communist or a Marxist.

A well regulated Militia does not mean regulated by Congress. It means a well-trained, a well-armed and a well-organized Militia.

Even if the 2nd Amendment was never written, government would still have no constitutional authority to implement firearm regulations. The only other place in the Constitution where it speaks of weapons or arms is Article 1 Section 8 Clause 16 when it speaks of 'arming' the Militia.

According to Article 1 Section 8 Clause 16 it is Congress' job to discipline and arm the Militia; not disarm the People and create an unorganized Militia. So when they speak of disarming the American people, they're admitting they refuse to do their job which according to Article 1 Section 6 Clause 1 and Article 3 Section 3 Clause 1 is a violation of their oath, is Treason, a Felony, Breach of Peace and is an impeachable offense.

Article 1 Section 6 Clause 1

“They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.”

Article 3 Section 3 Clause 1

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

The word 'them' refers to We the People. The United States of America consists of We the People and We the People comprise the United States of America. We are one and the same.

Article 2 Section 2 Clause 1

“The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States…”

By implementing any firearm regulations, government is also impeding on the President to perform his job, according to Article 2 Section 2 Clause 1.

Upon being sworn in to the public office, politicians (local, State and federal) recited and swore to an oath to support

and defend the Constitution of the United States as per Title 5 U.S. Code § 3331.

Moreover, on their own recognizance, they admitted they would;

“…take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office…”

Within 60 days of accepting employment from We the People, they were to complete an affidavit as per Title 5 U.S. Code § 3333, stating you would not violate Title 5 U.S. Code § 7311 which states;

“An individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if he…advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government;”

Moreover, a provision of Executive Order 10450 specifies it is a violation of Title 5 U.S. Code § 7311 for any person taking the oath of office to advocate;

“The alteration ... of the form of the government of the United States by unconstitutional means.”

They have violated not only their oath which I refer you to the Loyalty Clause of Article 6 Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, but they have also violated Title 5 U.S. Code § 7311. According to Title 18 U.S. Code § 1918, they are entitled to their due process then they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year and a day, or both; never to hold public office again.

By advocating gun legislation in any manner within the State of Ohio, they have also violated the following;

Title 18 U.S. Code § 201 - Bribery

Title 18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights

Title 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law

Title 18 U.S. Code § 2382 - Misprision of Treason

Title 18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or Insurrection

Title 42 U.S. Code § 1983 - Civil Action for Deprivation of Rights

Title 42 U.S. Code § 1985 - Conspiracy to Interfere with Civil Rights

Title 42 U.S. Code § 1986 - Action for Neglect to Protect

It is imperative that we understand that Volume 18 reflects the law as it was known to exist after the 14th Amendment in 1868. In that Volume, Congress published a section entitled “The Organic Laws of The United States of America”. That section includes four documents:

1) The Declaration of Independence
2) The Articles of Confederation
3) The Northwest Ordinance and
4) The Constitution of the United States

So when they violated their oath to the Constitution, they also violated their oath to the other three organic laws.

What’s more, understand that the Bill of Rights is not our source of rights but restrictions against the government and its agents. They also violated the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th and the 14th Amendments within the U.S. Constitution as well as §§ 1, 2, 4, 5, 14, 16 and 20 under Article 1 of the Ohio Constitution.

Anything contrary to the Constitution is Treason, a Felony, a Breach of Peace and is an impeachable offense.
