Hello, as many other baristas May know, whenever a Starbucks store goes to remodel which takes up to 3 weeks to a month US workers are required to use our vacation time off to cover the time period of missing work due to the remodel, or we have to call around stores and try to pick up shift. I think this is unfair because like me, and others I’m sure if we don’t get PTO until after a year we have worked here by then we would only have about 5 vacation hours to use even though we’re not going on vacation. Please help and sign to contribute to the Starbucks workers as this is completely unfair, Starbucks is a multi million company that can’t even pay their employers when the store shuts down.
