I am a teenager in Stanley, Falkland Islands and I identify as nonbinary. I have to go to the Leisure Centre because that's where my PE lessons are held. In all the time I've been here, there hasn't been a gender neutral bathroom. Before every PE lesson we're required to change into suitable clothes, because of this I have no choice but to use the girl's bathroom to change in.

I can't even begin to describe how much it saddens me to be seen as female, all I need is a room to change in where I'm not seen as a female. 

It's bad enough that I have to be on girls' sports teams when I have to do sports, but to have to go into a space where I'm misgendered is painful. 

I know somebody else who identifies as nonbinary, and they have to do the same as me. They just came to the school, and straight away is slapped in the face with the title of "female". 

I beg you, sign this petition, for everybody in the Falklands who don't feel comfortable using what they are "supposed to", we deserve somewhere where we feel comfortable instead of disphoric.
