In India, Currently in IT Private sector companies many of them have increased their notice period to 90days. It should be standardized to 30 to 45days max. Due to 90days notice period , many companies don't even hire. There is a risk in resigning from a job before getting an offer letter. Please sign this petition with me to reduce the notice period upto 30-45days.

if this is standarized to 30days , this will impact recruitment criteria and even hiring criteria because it will be very well known that every company has notice period of 30-45days.
