My daughter was assaulted at school! She attempted to walk away from the fight, do the right thing! Her school administrators sent her the message that even when you do the right thing you will still be punished! She was forced to defend herself from a physical attack and still faced the punishment! We have a 0 tolerance policy for bullying but we also don’t allow our kids to stand up for themselves! With all the technology in the world the full altercation was on video my daughter could be seen doing the right thing and after being hit from behind and attacked again she did what is in our human nature FIGHT BACK! Kids should not feel terrified to stand up for themselves and fight back because punishment will soon follow!
