On 11 December 2019, SIMEX has made the following statement, “Due to the fact that the SIMEX team has identified manipulations with the DDK token trade and in terms of transferring this information to supervisory and regulatory authorities, all operations related to the withdrawal of assets from accounts trading in DDK are suspended until further notice.” This statement was noticeably made after DDK Management issued this announcement https://announcements.ddkoin.com/?p=952 on 02/12/2019 clarifying their stand when the emergence of issues with SIMEX arisen.

DDK Management has then on 06/12/2019 made another announcement https://announcements.ddkoin.com/?p=987 where around two or three days prior to this announcement, DDK Stakeholders on SIMEX has been complaining that their DDK transactions has been suspended without grace period notice and without valid justifications. In the announcement dated 06/12/2019, DDK Management has open a channel of feedbacks, where a compilation of DDK suspended transactions then collected and a report and analysis of the same is issued (https://ddkoin.com/documentation/Simex%20Support%20Issue%20Report%20w%20Total%20Asset.pdf

The report has been emailed to SIMEX support team (support@simex.global & info@simex.global) and SIMEX Vice President, Mr. Dmitry Chirun (dmitry.chirun@gmail.com), on the 11th December 2019 11:41 am (GMT+8) and a reminder was sent on the 18th December 2019 12:43 pm, with hope that these suspended transactions can be resolve and successfully processed. However, with regret, up to this date, there is no active response from SIMEX support team OR any SIMEX personnel on this issue in which DDK Management hereby have no option but to take this issue to a higher authority, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
