On Cherry Orchard Lichfield there are 3 schools all using the same Road. The road does not have one zebra crossing and is very dangerous for youngsters walking to and from school. This road gets really busy with traffic due to also being used for lorry’s because of the low bridge on Upper St. John street. 

This road needs a new layout or some Zebra crossings to allow the children of St Michaels, St Joseph’s and Five spires Academy to get to school safely.  There are no traffic lights and a road joining to this is Upper St. John Street only has One lollipop man to cover the whole area of this road. Something needs to be done before a bad accidents. Our children need the safety of getting to school knowing they can cross our roads safely. We need a zebra crossing or at least some lights to help with the safety of our children.

There is not enough safety awareness for our children to cross these roads especially at the speed some cars travel down these roads without the awareness of our children crossing them. It is so dangerous and I want to raise awareness of this and get people to get behind me to get across the point to get something done about this Dangerous road. 
 So people of Lichfield please help.
