russia has invaded Ukraine. While developers all over Ukraine should take cover in shelters because of russian missiles and army, russian developers can comfortably work in their offices and homes. Moreover, they can develop apps and web-services to destabilize main Ukrainian web-resources.

Every day russian developers create a lot of resourses with fake information. Also they attack our sites and media.

We got massive missile strikes on our TV tower with injured and dead people several days ago. We are warned about fake information because of this. Who knows, maybe next strike will be done on our internet battlefield.

Dear, Stack Overflow team please close stackoverflow.com for russia and their developers! russian developers better to do something to stop war and change putin (for example to go on rally).
