Sabrina M. Dunigan is a younger mother who recently lost her five children, all under 10 years old, to an apartment fire in the middle of the night while her parents were home with the kids. The way the electrical fire started, her parents couldn't reach the children in time and had to jump out the window to survive. When Dunigan arrived back home from picking up her boyfriend, she tried to save the kids herself, but the fire was too powerful by then and while one child survived initially, they later passed away at the hospital. Charging her with 5 felony counts of endangering the health or life of a child merely adds insult to injury. That's not justice. This woman has suffered an unimaginable tragedy and doesn't need a corrupt legal system blaming her for a terrible accident that clearly wasn't her fault in the least. Please, sign the petition to tell the state attorney to drop the charges and maybe try to help the poor grieving mother instead of harm her further. Thank you.
