To: St. Clair Administration, 

Please accept this as a formal complaint against St. Clair College, regarding the changes to the delivery model for the Winter semester. Professors are no longer required to record and post their online lectures. We as a class feel it's beneficial to have the lectures recorded and posted, as we never know what’s going to happen during the day with our internet or household.  We feel having the lectures posted online helps to level the playing field for everyone trying to learn remotely. We understand the importance of class participation and discussion, however not having access to the content hinders our ability to learn and understand the material that ultimately we the students are paying for. This decision was not made with the students best interest in mind.
