Currently, St. Charles County code prohibits trailer and RV parking in residential driveways. The purpose of this petition is to gain enough support from St. Charles County Residents to get this issue on the ballot and amended to allow more *reasonable* parking timeframes for residents to park any type of vehicles in their driveway (trailer, boat, RV, etc.) during summer months.  This is for St. Charles County code only; residents should note that municipal codes supersede county codes (ex: St. Peters city has more stringent codes). Codes are not consistently enforced nor do many residents agree with them. Let’s update the code to serve the people that own property and pay taxes in our county!
