Say NO to a high-density Lowry Grove

Lowry Grove Redevelopment Petition:
We, the undersigned, petition the St. Anthony Planning Commission and City Council to ensure Lowry Grove is redeveloped as befits the existing residential neighborhood and in accordance with the current ten year City of St. Anthony Village Comprehensive Plan (2008).
Due to the site location bordering single-family homes on two sides and the limited vehicle access, we request that:
• Density be no more than 25 units per acre (385 units)
• Buildings be no taller than three residential stories.
(For reference, the Silver Lake Village complex — which is not in a residential neighborhood and is surrounded by railroad, power lines, commercial properties, and apartment buildings — is 38 units per acre as calculated by the city).
