That, on 27th May, 2012 while I am going to Moirabari with one Md. Saiful Islam by my Motor cycle, the second party collectively attacked me at about 10AM with bamboo rods and severely injured me. They robbed an amount of Rs. 1000/- (One thousand) from my pocket. More over they compelled me to put my signature in some wick papers and kept me under custody till 12.30PM.
For your information I would like to explain that, for a long period of time I have been fighting a legal fight against Morigaon, DRDA, in connection with mis-appropriation of public fund specially against the Moirabari Dev. Block. Due to this struggle, I had been facing enormous obstacles and provoke from some antisocial elements. Ultimately I approached to the Hon’ble Commissioner of Supreme Court, and request him to help me through WPC 196/2001.
As part of this back ground, the incident took place on 27th May, 2012. As and when Dhing PS received the matter of attack, one ASI Kumud Das and a Home Guard arrive the spot. The 1st person of 2ne party pressurized me so that neither I lodged an FIR nor any allegation (against MGNREGA works) put up to the competent authority in near and far future, otherwise I will have to face dire consequence. All these were happen in presence of the Police party.
Being rescued by the Dhing Police I lodged an FIR with the Dhing PS regarding the collective attacked on me.
But unfortunately the Dhing police has not investigate the matter, even no statement has taken from me against the FIR and nor show any work of apprehension of the culprits till date.
Keeping in view the above I therefore request your kind honour to asked the Dhing Police as to why they are not in a position to carryout and investigation in such a matter where life and death question is entangled for me and my family.
