I have Fibromyalgia, Vasovagel syndrome, Osteoarthritis and Diabetes. All invisible but chronic illnesses that contribute to my being disabled.

Have family member who had disability and uses a frame or crutches to get about and I know appreciate any kind jesters of help given when required to travel on public transport

McGills really dont care! Several times there have been complaints to them but just ignored. Best contact Traffic Commissioners with your complaints as they will do something.
